Let's Go
To The Park

Meet Alayna
After my son was born, I wanted something that felt like me again. I wanted a hard workout, a beautiful room, and a routine I could actually keep without driving far for it.
I wanted that kind of class and that kind of space here in north Utah County, with stronger coaching, better energy, and a studio people genuinely wanted to come back to.
That is why The Park exists: strong programming, small classes, familiar faces, weekend Signature + Recovery, and Saturday popups that make class feel like part of your life instead of one more thing to rush through.
“I wanted The Park to feel like the place you look forward to all week.”

What You'll Learn
From core and abs through legs, obliques, and upper body — every exercise includes spring setups, cueing notes, and modifications.
Controlled spinal flexion for deep abdominal work — build a foundation your clients will feel for days.
Neutral spine, zero flexion, pure deep-core stability — the movements that change posture and prevent injury.
Spring-based lower body work that teaches balance, control, and endurance through slow resistance.
Heavy springs, serious lower-body burn — the exercises clients talk about for days after class.
Rotation, anti-rotation, and lateral strength — the block that builds visible definition fastest.
Strap and cable work on the XFormer — sculpted arms, shoulders, and back with precise control.

Your Equipment
You'll train on the ParkCore reformer and learn every spring color, weight, and modification — because understanding your machine is what separates good cueing from great cueing.
Every exercise in the manual includes standard springs, an easier modification, and a harder intensification — so you can coach any level.
Meet The Team
Park instructors know how to coach a strong room without making it feel cold, performative, or intimidating. With only 8 reformers, class stays personal and easy to walk into.
Complete the 3-day intensive and earn your Certificate of Completion — then step into your first class ready to teach.
